Yes, there is a total maximum amount that you may borrow at any time across all moneylenders in Singapore.
For Singaporeans / PR:
-If your annual income is less than $20,000, you are eligible for a loan of up to $3,000.
-If your annual income is $20,000 and above, you are eligible to loan up to 6 times your monthly income.
For foreigners:
– If your annual income is less than $10,000, you are eligible for a loan of up to $500.
– If your annual income is between $10,000 to $20,000, you are eligible for a loan of up to $3,000.
- If your annual income is $20,000 and above, you are eligible to loan up to 6 times your monthly income.

- Applicants must know their Singpass login credentials to access their CPF, HDB or IRAS statements at our office.
- Proof of income: CPF contribution history, latest 3 months payslips, etc.
- S Pass, Employment Pass (EP), Work Permit (WP) or Long Term Visit Pass
- Passport
- Employment contract
- Most recent three months of pay slips
- Tenancy agreement
- ACRA Business Profile
- P&L statement
- ACRA Income Tax Reporting Summary
- Proof of incoming funds
- Most recent six months of business bank statement
As a prerequisite of applying for a loan, applicants are required to login with their Singpass onto CPF, HDB or IRAS web portals for verification purposes. However, DO NOT divulge your User ID, Passwords, PIN, SMS OTP to anyone.
Our staff will not required such information from clients.
